Frankenstein

I couldn’t have chosen a better book to analyse for English lit. I absolutely loved all the hidden motifs and patterns and the way Shelley weaved her own experiences into it! Obviously some may find classics boring but I think Frankenstein had the perfect balance of action and mystery; it definitely kept me on my toes. And for a novel written by a woman at such a young age, it’s incredible to see how many literary techniques she’s managed to incorporate! I will definitely be rereading it for fun soon!!
