delete your account
in the app:
- open sharespot
- tap your spot (bottom right)
- tap settings, then account
- tap “delete account” and confirm
on the web: settings → account → delete account, then type your username to confirm.
what gets deleted
deletion is immediate and permanent. this is what goes:
- your spot: username, display name, photo, bio, wallpaper, everything on it
- your shelves, ratings, and reviews
- every post, photo, video, comment, repost, and collection you made
- every direct message you sent
- your follows and followers
- sign-in records and push tokens
what may stick around
a few things are kept for safety, abuse prevention, or the law, and none of them are tied to a live account:
- a minimal safety record of your email address, sign-in provider identifier, and last known ip address, for up to 30 days
- aggregated analytics that don't identify you
- reports other people filed about your account
