Hi chat i have a geniune doubt, how does it feel when u get a reply with "ok" from someone.
I am.asking this cuz i am the "ok" person. And to be honest there is no particular reason why i dont reply with "okayy" or "okiee". Maybe this saves my time or i am severely lazy.
Need to know the 2nd person's perspective, does it feel rude or ignorant?

Anyone knows how to lower down ue adrenaline when ur doing some important tasks. I get these adrenaline spikes when i am doing tasks like public speaking or group discussion which makes me nervous and my body shakes, which makes the situation worse.
