This app has become one of the interesting sociological experiments without even trying. The way the communities have completely changed in the matter of days is crazy. Would be an interesting analysis: to view the dichotomy of user profiles based on where they came from, and then see what they each post about. Maybe then try to build a classification model if there’s enough support for it.

im about to release a communities feature for this exact reason, in a few days it will be in the app, still working on it for now :D

Sharespot might make it into my newsletter projects if you can give me a CSV of this and some other stuff. Might need to get volunteers for the sentiment analysis of the posts though, as I wouldn’t want to just scrape these without user permission. I’m not big tech after all.
